GROW YOUR BUSINESS PROGRAMME

We (KEPSA) are delighted to partner with the African Management Institute (AMI) to bring you the Grow Your Business programme, an initiative designed to support businesses pursue their growth goals and build their people and processes for success while testing the effectiveness of learning programmes for SMEs.
This programme will be delivered virtually and at no cost, as it is part of a research project whose overall objective is to determine whether SME owners who take the Business Growth Programme outperform a control group, in terms of productivity, revenue, profit and job creation.
Structure
Qualified businesses will be categorized into two groups:
- The treatment group – These will go through a 6-month business growth learning programme.
- The control group – These will require prequalification to join AMI’s Growth Network.
- Learning Format - The classes will be conducted virtually, once a month for the next 6 months, and each class will take an average of 2-3 hours
- The program is fully Sponsored
- Duration: 6 months
- Application deadline: 14th December 2022
- Enrolment: January 2023
Qualification Criteria
Qualifying businesses must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Business in operation for more than 1 year.
- Generated between Ksh 1 million – KSH 50 million in revenue in the financial year.
- The business has a minimum of 2 full-time employees.
- Internet-enabled or is willing to personally spend on their internet connection costs.
- Performance-Oriented and willing to share key business performance data.
