NATIONAL STAKEHOLDER CONSULTATION WORKSHOP ON CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION

On the 15th of April, 2023, Kenya Climate Ventures, in partnership with the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Climate Change, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and Adelphi, convened a National Stakeholder Consultation Workshop on Climate Change Adaptation to discuss how Kenya can benefit from the Climate Adaptation Fund. The workshop highlighted the importance of a holistic and collaborative approach to climate change adaptation that involves government and the private sector. The workshop also aimed to discuss the challenges faced by SME businesses in adapting to the effects of climate change and to identify potential solutions. KEPSA was represented by Mr John Kabuye- Environment, Water and Natural Resources Sector Board.
