KEPSA CEO Ms Carole Kariuki today witnessed the signing of the Codes of Ethics for Business in Kenya by the Founder and CEO of Commercial Club of Africa (CCA) Mr Kelvin Kuria. The signing symbolises the onboarding process into the business community that requires members to sign and promote ethical conduct aligned with the UN Global Compact principles, encompassing human rights, labour standards, environment and anti-corruption.
CCA is one of the business associations that KEPSA is nurturing under a special incubation program. KEPSA offers affordable incubation spaces exclusively for its members, covering essential amenities such as cleaning services, electricity, shared internet, tea, desks, and access to common areas including the kitchen, boardrooms, and lactation room.
KEPSA is set to advance its collaboration with CCA and other KEPSA members in special upscaling initiatives such as AI Monetisation Plan that would deliver practical and business-focused training.
Rooted in a bold vision to cultivate Africa’s next generation of commercial superstars, CCA is dedicated to creating an environment where sales leaders and industry pioneers can thrive. The organisation is a premier platform dedicated to empowering bold African commercial superstars. It serves as a collaborative space for sales professionals and industry leaders to connect, share ideas, and advance both their careers and industries.
