KEPSA TO STRENGTHEN TRADE TIES AT THE IRAN EXPO 2025

KEPSA has committed to support and participate in the upcoming Iran Expo 2025, scheduled to take place in Tehran from 28th April to 2nd May, 2025. This event will provide a platform for Kenyan businesses to create direct trade and investment links with their Iranian counterparts.
During a meeting on 2nd April 2025 between KEPSA CEO Ms. Carole Kariuki and the Ambassador of Iran to Kenya and Permanent Representative to UNEP and UN-Habitat, H.E. Dr. Ali Gholampour, KEPSA welcomed the opportunity to strengthen economic ties between Kenya and Iran through the expo.
A selected number of KEPSA members will receive complimentary accommodation and ground logistics while in Iran, facilitating their participation in the exhibition and business networking sessions. The expo presents a strategic avenue for Kenyan enterprises to expand market access and foster bilateral trade partnerships.
The engagement also sought KEPSA's participation during the upcoming Joint Commission for Cooperation (JCC) in May 2025 in Nairobi that will feature a business forum on the sidelines providing a unique opportunity for Kenyan businesses to explore trade and investment prospects with the visiting Iranian delegations.
