On 31st January 2025, the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) participated in the Environment and Land Court Court Users Committee (ELC CUC) and Judiciary Dialogue Day held at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi. The event brought together key players in the justice sector, fostering discussions on enhancing judicial services, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring a people-centred approach to justice.
The session was attended by justice system stakeholders including the Judiciary, the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), the Office of the Attorney General, Kenya Police Service, Kenya Prisons Service, Directorate of Children Services, Probation and Aftercare representatives, Mediation representatives, and members of the public.

The engagement reinforced the importance of a responsive and accessible judicial system. Stakeholders acknowledged that justice delivery requires close collaboration between the Judiciary, justice sector institutions, and the public. The commitment to upholding the rule of law and ensuring a transparent, efficient, and people-centred justice system remains a shared priority.
