KEPSA CEO Ms Carole Kariuki held a meeting with Mr Ajay Sharma - East Africa General Manager at Kerry Kenya Limited and Ms Mabel Kibore - Kerry Kenya’s HR Business Partner - Greater Africa on 29th September 2022. The meeting, which was held at the KEPSA offices, saw the parties discuss possible areas of collaboration between the two organizations.
During the meeting, Ms. Kariuki highlighted the several KEPSA projects that the organization is running to support women and the youth, in partnership with the Government and other development partners.
The KEPS CEO further said that the private sector apex body is collaborating with other stakeholders to address the main issues affecting businesses in the country. These include taxation, import and export regulations, land, and cost of resources such as energy & water.
On his part, Mr. Ajay mentioned that Kerry Kenya Limited, which is a nutritional Irish company, is keen on deepening their engagement through the KEPSA’s public-private dialogue (PPD) platform and collaborating with KEPSA to support talent nurturing through the Ajira Digital project.
