On June 21, 2024, Simbaress Fashions proudly participated in the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) benchmarking tour to Isuzu East Africa, organized under the Jiinue Growth Program. This inspiring event brought together SMEs from various fields to learn and incorporate proven business practices into their operations.
During the tour, my team had the privilege of engaging in an enlightening mentorship session with Ms. Rita Kavashe, MBS, AoEC, Chair of the Board and Managing Director of Isuzu East Africa Ltd. Her wisdom on building a strong culture, resilience, and commitment to stakeholder engagement was invaluable. We also gained insights from Dr. Fred Wasike CHRP,CPS, SPHRi, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, PhD. on the importance of corporate values and from Ms. Ruth Magugu on creating exceptional customer experiences.
The visit to the Isuzu manufacturing plant was a highlight, showcasing the efficiency and precision of their assembly processes. This hands-on experience reinforced our commitment to excellence and innovation in our operations.
