CULTIVATING SUCCESS: KEDDIE GRACE'S JOURNEY WITH KEDDIE BOTANIC'S ORGANIC TEA

My name is Keddie Grace, founder of Keddie Botanic, an agroprocessing company specializing in organic tea. Our core products currently include organic guava tea and organic guava tea blended with cinnamon. These products are known for various health benefits, such as improving digestion, aiding in gastrointestinal illnesses, enhancing skin texture, regulating blood sugar levels, and boosting the immune system.
The Future of Work summit has been fantastic, allowing me to expand my network. As these products are new to many people, this platform was particularly useful as it enabled me to share more about my products, generating considerable interest. I have also managed to make sales.
I appreciate the Jiinue Growth Program for its efforts in elevating SMEs like ours. SMEs often face financial challenges at the outset, and JGP is instrumental in bridging that gap. I would love to receive support in terms of technical assistance and guidance on accessing a broader market, as well as assistance with branding.
Currently, I have three full-time employees and two casuals, totaling five. I am actively seeking funding to acquire equipment to expand my production capacity.
I am immensely grateful to KEPSA. Initially, I had the misconception that KEPSA only catered to large companies. However, after meeting Mr. Levi lnjendi, the KEPSA SME Trade and Investment Officer, who elaborated on KEPSA's initiatives for SMEs, I gained the confidence to participate. I am truly grateful for the program and eagerly anticipate more opportunities ahead.
