KEPSA HEALTH SECTOR BAORD HOLDS A STRATEGY WORKSHOP

On 22nd February 2022, KEPSA Health Sector Board – Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) held a Strategy Workshop at Serena Hotel. The event was led by the KHF Chairperson, Dr. Kanyenje Gakombe; Vice – Chairperson and KEPSA Director, Dr. Elizabeth Wala; and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Anastasia Nyalita.
The aim was to share insights of the members survey conducted for a consultative engagement and provide input into the strategy development process by identifying strategic issues, goals, objectives; formulating the strategic direction and implementation matrix.
The workshop was facilitated by a consultant, Dr. Fredrick Ogola of Trailblazer Business Strategies who has been leading the KHF 2022 – 2025 Strategic Plan development process that started in December 2021.
