KENYA VISION 2030 DELIVERY BOARD CHAIRPERSON PAYS A COURTESY CALL TO THE NATIONAL TREASURY AND ECONOMIC PLANNING CABINET SECRETARY

On Monday 6th February 2023, KEPSA CEO Ms Carole Kariuki who is also the Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Board Chairperson, together with the Director General, Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat Mr. Kenneth Mwige paid a Courtesy call to the National Treasury and Economic Planning Cabinet Secretary, Prof. Njuguna Nd'ungu at his Office, Treasury building.
Their discussions narrowed to the implementation status of Vision 2030 and ways to accelerate its implementation for the economic transformation of the country in the remaining 7 years of the vision.
The Economic Manifesto of Kenya Kwanza Administration, that is, the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) aligns with the country's vision, with its focus being on full value chains and value addition. Similarly, the private sector is also fully aligned to the agenda of creating value chains and value addition to ensure Kenya becomes globally competitive.
Also, the Kenya Vision 2030 transcends all Political Administrations.
