The KEPSA CEO Ms. Carole Kariuki met with the Ambassador of Belgium to Kenya H.E. Mr. Peter Maddens on 28th September 2021. The discussion centred around areas of mutual interest between the two countries.

During the meeting, it was agreed that KEPSA will connect and work closely with its counterpart in Belgium on matters of investments between the two countries. The Belgian Ambassador also requested to meet KEPSA members in November 2021 to discuss policies on development through self-ownership.

KEPSA and the Belgium Embassy have been working closely through initiatives that have seen KEPSA coordinate and organize several investment fora between the two countries. In 2016 KEPSA participated in an investment forum graced by Kenyan President H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta during a state visit to Belgium. KEPSA was also participated in the Kenya-Belgium Business Forum in June this year during President Kenyatta’s official visit to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union.
